How does a nuclear bomb?

Likely, but certainly, my dear reader that you have read or heard about the nuclear bomb used in World War II, as you have seen in science fiction many nuclear weapons that were the subject of the film like the movie Fail Safe, Dr. Strangelove, The Day After, Testament, Fat Man and Little Boy, The Peacemaker, and this fraction of the films many events that took place on nuclear weapons. As we hear in the news everyday politics for several attempts to disarm or dismantling nuclear weapons or abandoned and which are called weapons of mass destruction.

(1) nuclear fission
Where the separated nuclei to the nucleus of an atom with identical emission of neutrons, and this also occurs in the uranium isotopes such as uranium or uranium 235 or plutonium-239.

(2) nuclear fusion

Where it is in this way the integration of two similar atoms such as hydrogen or hydrogen isotope (deuterium or tritium) atoms together to become the largest such as helium or helium. This method, which produces thermal energy where the sun's coming to us.

In both methods, the enormous amount of energy and radiation will be liberated as a result of nuclear fission or nuclear fusion. And to build a nuclear bomb, this requires access to:

1. Nuclear fuel, which will be a source for the process of fission or nuclear fusion.

2. Tool explosion

3. Way to make each article of fuel split or merge before the explosion occurs.
